NC State Visit Centennial Rebrand
With new development happening across NC State's campus and the under-utilization of Centennial Campus' resources such as beautiful outdoor areas and events, Visit Centennial, an initiative that worked to garner excitement and engagement on campus, looked to our studio for help.
In teams we took on the challenge of designing a branding system which could reinvigorate the existing Visit Centennial initiative so that students and live-work professionals in the area could enjoy everything the campus has to offer. My team began with visits to the campus to get a feel for the environment and its many landmarks and spaces for potential. Ultimately, we designed a branding system which was versatile and bright to encapsulate the uniqueness of the campus, being nature, community and innovation. One aspect of campus we focused on and incorporated within our brand's scope were the outdoor areas, so we designed building, nature walk, and landmark signage to engage passerby.
I designed the logo for our brand, Link Centennial!, as well as event posters and promotional material for social media.
